One rate for the whole team, strategy, campaign management, creative, technology. Any work outside a package is billed at this rate, actuals only, with a detailed breakdown of hours.

The market

A little above average, on purpose

In Canada, agencies bill anywhere from $75 to $250 an hour, depending on whether a junior or a strategist works on your account. At Pista there are no juniors: every hour is an expert hour, automotive only. You pay a senior strategist's rate, never for a team learning on your budget.
